3.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your bt365 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination.

6.3 Erroneous Odds. In the event that odds are published in error due to a technical fault or human error, bt365 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds and to settle such bets at the correct odds where determinable, or to refund stakes at its discretion.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. bt365 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts at any time.
6.5 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement beyond the applicable settlement period; technical errors; or where bt365 determines that the integrity of the event has been compromised.
6.6 Settlement. bt365 will settle bets in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or, in the absence of an official result, at bt365's reasonable discretion. Settlement decisions made in good faith are final.

12.2 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) or more consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in the bt365 fee schedule. bt365 will provide reasonable notice before applying any inactivity fee.
12.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your bt365 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

14.3 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.4 Jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services.
14.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
